How do I return an item?

If there are any errors with your order or find there is an adequate need to return or exchange an item, please call our customer service number at 858.531-0100 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All Wheels come with a 1 year warranty on the Finish. Custom painted wheels or wheel that get repainted by end user void warranty.
Returns for Refund
-We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
-Only unused product that has not been driven on or mounted is eligible for return.
-Returned items should be packaged in the same way it was originally packaged to avoid any damages during the return shipping, please contact us first in order to advise you on packaging and handling.
-Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: We will provide a credit after all shipping charges have been subtracted from the total cost on invoice and a additional 10% restocking fee. Tire can’t have been used or installed in any manner.
WHEELS: We will provide a credit after all shipping charges have been deducted from the total cost on invoice along with a 10% restocking fee. Wheels in particular must not have had any tires mounted on them or they will be refused. Please use our resources and external resources available to make sure the wheels you have purchased is the proper fit on all levels with your vehicle prior to making the purchase, If you have any questions or are not sure about a set of wheels and their fitment, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with accurate information.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: We will provide you with a credit on your order minus a 10% restocking fee and $60 labor charge and also all shipping charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received with cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment arrived with any type of damage or an incorrect item was received, please contact Wheel Outlet SD customer service department at 858.531-0100. We will report the damage to the appropriate parties, including the shipping/freight company and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for us to arrange for the return.
